Free Covid Testing from Poplar Healthcare
Dear Compass Families:
Compass Community Schools is proud to partner with Poplar Healthcare to provide free COVID-19 testing on-site to our school communities!
With case counts rising, we strongly encourage all of our students to take advantage of this testing. One way for us to keep everyone safe is for us to catch any asymptomatic cases early, and testing is the best way for that to happen.

This online form is in English by default but you can change the language to Spanish in the top right corner. If you would prefer a paper form, it is attached in both English and Spanish. If you are using the paper form, your child must bring a signed copy of this form with them to their testing appointment.
We expect to be on a 2-week rotation (testing every 14 days). Our testing schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:
* Monday, 8/9 from 9 am to 11:30 am – Berclair, Binghampton, Midtown & Orange Mound
* Tuesday, 8/10 from 9 am to 11:30 am – Hickory Hill
* Thursday, 8/12 from 9 am t o11:30 am – Frayser
